(ii) as if the Grand Prize Winner’s residence is less than two hundred kilometers (200 kms) outside of the city of New York, NY, the Flight will not form part of the Grand Prize and the Sponsors, in their sole discretion, will arrange for ground transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and the Guest between the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and New York, NY.;

(iii) three (3) nights hotel accommodation to be selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest based on double occupancy;
