Launched on October 18, Fongo and The Governments Creepiest Caption contest is encouraging users to post their scariest text message on Fongo’s Facebook page. The most chilling caption wins two tickets ($70 value) to the 2012 Monster Mash hosted at The Government!

The Monster Mash is Toronto’s biggest Halloween party and takes place Friday, Oct. 26 at 10 p.m. With seven rooms, seven different sounds and over 30 DJs, the Monster Mash is the party to be for twenty-something Torontonians.
