I friend gave me this link about a year ago, you test stuff for companies, all free to keep. You can also fill out surveys on the site that give you points to redeem. I have tested a few things, the best was the $90 Sonicare rechargeable toothbrush!!!! Most of the time you have to check on the site to see what campaigns you can join, sometimes they e-mail you. Don't forget to fill everything out in the profile and such as it is kinda like info about you so they know what campaigns you might info, and if you have kids, fill out that area as well
