I'm not sure about the location. I never noticed this contest before, but I just noticed that it's ongoing & has been since 2005 (at the latest).
In London, I got a travel guidebook for a mere shilling. It comes with illustrations and maps, which I'll show you. Translated into English, "Il Libro Turistico" means "The Book for Tourists," and it'll sure be handy at the upcoming World Music Festival, when we'll chill out to U2, polkas, mariachi, Lloyd Webber, Angelique Kidjo, and Phil Lesh.
