I have completed several surveys and reveived nothing, until I came across the Household Research Center - Shopper's Voice by Diane Simon. (link included below)

She runs her surveys during certain months of the year. If you are on her email list, she will email you her surveys to be completed. This is the one I recieved this month.

I have received many coupons and freebies from her. You are rewarded at the completion of the survey (no need to worry about if you "qualify", that is not a requirement pending).
