canada flag Canadian Tire....

I went to Canadian tire to buy Rollerblades, and my Fiance sliced his arm on a shelf that was sticking out too far. It wasn't serious, Just a cut deep enough to bleed for a few minutes. I purchased the rollerblades, and then went and did the rest of my shopping at different stores ( grocery ). I got home, and went to my local walmart ( I was in a neighbor city at Canadian Tire ) and when I got home, I tried on the rollerblades, booo they didn't fit. So I returned them to my local Canadian Tire, with a big hassle...

I got home, mad as all can be, so I emailed the Canadian Tire corporation website. I let them know about everything that had happened (the cut, and the crappy customer service). I recieved an email, telling me to contact their insurance company. I called them, left a message.

Any idea why I would have to contact their insurance company??? I'm at a loss!
