fudged Canadian Law and ITUNES Gift Cards

I'm going to be honest here about this topic.

When I purchased an ITunes card as a gift for my niece, little did I know about this "Canadian Law". The Itunes gift cards are being openly sold around Canada, however, there is a small catch to it... you can not purchase any applications with it, this is due to some legislation that is passed in Canada, which means it can only be used towards purchasing music or movies, which I might add are priced pretty high in the apple store. So buyer beware... if you redeem the card, the money does appear in your account, however, if you purchase a game or so, it will be billed to your credit card on file. Sadly, this is what happened to my sister.

Just wanted the word to get out...
