Funny but I just got an email this morning from Pet Smart with their newsletter and for saving up to 20% on various items. I too only received their card and key tags with a letter stating I would get their welcome kit and $100 in coupons and have yet to seen that. The email today annoyed me that I sent them off an email stating basically what's up with the welcome kit and why do they promote that if they don't send it out. Supposedly I'll hear back back within 24 hours. Will let you guys know what their response is.....if there is one. |
