Thank you for your recent email regarding our PetPerks program. I
apologize for any confusion.
PetPerks is a customer reward program, which allows you to receive
instant savings on hundreds of products. PetPerks savings can be found
in all departments throughout our stores.
You should receive your Welcome Kit within 6-8 weeks of the date that
you registered for your PetPerks account. If you have waited longer
than 8 weeks, please let us know and we'll be happy to research your
account.
