I also reside in Quebec, And I'm pretty sure there is no petperks here, along with many other stores and such that is only in the rest of the country. Thats it! I'M MOVING! lol. I don't even remember seeing one in Nova Scotia either though. But I'm saving my card just in case I move somewhere that has one
