How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Beginning around February 23, 2007 until September 30, 2007 the Contest Closing Date, visit
Melitta and complete the online entry form in accordance with the online instructions and transmit the entry form when complete to enter the Grand Prize draw. Limit: One entry per household, per week.
Additional Entries: Upon submission of the completed Ballot, you will be entitled to earn additional Ballots by providing the Contest Entities with the email addresses of friends or associates ("Email Contacts") who may be interested in entering the Contest. For each Email Contact that opens the referral email (before the Contest End Date), you will receive an email from the Contest Entities allowing you an extra ballot.
Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of a trip to a Caribbean destination of your choice to a maximum of $6,000 (six thousand) or $6,000 in lieu of the trip. The cash value of the grand prize is $6,000 total. All other costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize including any applicable taxes, land transfers, insurance, meals, gas, gratuities, fees, surcharges, activities and items of a personal nature will be the winner's sole responsibility. The maximum trip cash value is $6,000 must be accepted as awarded. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province on or before February 23, 2007 and are not an employee, representative or agent of Melitta Canada, "Sponsor", its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or related companies, advertising or promotional agencies, a member or employee of the independent judging organization or a member of the immediate family (i.e.parent, sibling, child or spouse) or household of any of the above persons.
GRAND PRIZE DRAW: A random draw will be made by an independent judging body on October 5, 2007, in Toronto, Ontario at approximately 10:00 a.m. local time from all eligible entries received on or before the contest closing date.
SELECTED ENTRANT: Selected entrants will be contacted by phone and will be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance with the Official Rules and a Release of Liability Form, releasing Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent judging organization and all of their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees") from any liability in connection with this contest or a prize. Declaration and release documents must be returned within fifteen (15) business days of the date on the notification or the prize may be forfeited. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, address, voice, statement and photograph or other likeness for any publicity by the Sponsor, without further compensation.
