DEADLINES FOR ENTRY
The "Explore! with Costco" Contest begins on August 8th, 2007 and ends on September 30st, 2007 at 11:59 pm EST (the "Entry Period").
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To enter the Contest, visit www.costco.ca click on the contest icon, complete the registration form on the linked website page (http://www.getmoreofwhatyoulove.ca/contest/) and confirm compliance with the contest rules by clicking the appropriate box, then submit your entry online. As a condition of Contest entry, potential entrants must provide a valid e-mail address. One (1) Entry per person, per email address. Entry will only be accepted online. No entries will be accepted by any other means, including but not limited to regular postal mail. No mechanically or electronically reproduced entries will be accepted. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account. Subject to the “Use of Personal Information” paragraph below. Entries become the property of Sponsor and Co-Sponsor. No acknowledgement of receipt will be sent.
ELIGIBILITY
You do not have to be a Costco member to participate. Participants must be residents of Canada and must have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence by the date they enter the contest. Participants must also have internet access. Participants may be required to provide evidence of their identity and eligibility (e.g. address and date of birth). Employees, officers and directors of Costco, Procter & Gamble as well as employees, officers and directors of their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, representatives and agents, and any persons domiciled with them, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
PRIZES
PRIZES - Participants are eligible to win one (1) of the following prizes.

<LI class=bullet>One (1) of two (2) Costco Cash cards valued at $1,000 CAD each. or <LI class=bullet>One (1) of four (4) Costco Cash cards valued at $500.00 CAD each. or
One (1) of ten (10) gift packs filled with brand name products like Gillette® Fusion, Old Spice, Oral-B and many more, having an approximate retail value of $85 CAD each.

THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY:
Prize must be accepted as awarded. NO SUBSTITUTION OF PRIZE PERMITTED EXCEPT IN CONTEST SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION WHO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRIZE WITH ANOTHER PRIZE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE, IF A PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED AS DESCRIBED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THEIR CONTROL. RANDOM DRAW
All prizes will be awarded by random draw from all eligible entries received via the Internet by the contest closing date. The prize draw will be held in Montreal, Quebec at approximately 11:30 am EST on Friday October 5th, 2007. The winners of the $ 1000 Costco Cash cards will be awarded first, then the winners of the $500 of the Costco Cash cards will be awarded second and the winners of the gift pack will be awarded third.
Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the contest closing date.
AWARD AND WINNER NOTIFICATION FOR ALL PRIZES
Prize Award Process: On the next business day following the random draw (Monday, October 8th, 2007) the Contest Sponsor / Co-Sponsor or its agents will attempt to contact the selected entrants by email for a period of five (5) business days. To be declared a winner, all selected entrants must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by e-mail and also sign and return a Declaration of release of liability and acknowledgment form. If a selected entrant does not answer the question correctly, or fails to return the affidavit and release of eligibility by Friday October 26th, 2007 that entrant will be presumed to have refused the prize in question and will be disqualified. Contest judges' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of prizes. Refusal or failure to accept a prize constitutes a release of any and all obligations associated with said prize, including its delivery and an alternate entrant will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Inability to locate a selected entrant within five (5) days of the draw will result in disqualification of that entrant and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
Declared winners will be advised by email or by telephone within 30 days of verification and qualification as to how to claim the prize
