You may also enter the Contest by hand printing your name, address and telephone number on a plain piece of paper along with a 25-word essay about why you like shopping at Northern Reflections and mailing it to the following address: "5,000 Friends Dollars™ Rewards Giveaway Contest, 2375 Skymark Ave., Mississauga, Ontario, L4W 4Y6". Mailed entries must be received by midnight (EST), October 15, 2007, Each mailed entry must be in a separate postage-paid envelope. Limit of one mailed entry submission per person.
The contest commences at 12:00 AM (EST) on September 3, 2007 and closes at 12:00 PM (EST) on October 15, 2007. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible for the draw. Enter a maximum of once online. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the holder of the established e-mail account associated with the entry..3.The potential winner will be selected from all eligible entries received, in a random drawingto be held at the Northern Reflections Ltd. (the "Sponsor") Store Support Centre inMississauga, Ontario on or before 12:00 p.m. October 31, 2007. Within 7 days of thedraw, the selected entrant will be notified. The winner will have three (3) weeks from thedate the Sponsor sends the prize notification to claim his/her prize otherwise they will notreceive the prize. Should the Sponsor not receive a response within three (3) weeks, thenan alternate entry for the prize will be drawn.4.All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.5.Prize consists of one (1) membership to the Sponsor’s Northern Friends Rewards Program® with 5,000 Friends Dollars™ accumulated on the membership card, which can be redeemed for $5,000 (retail value) of merchandise at any participating Northern Reflections® store in Canada. Prize must be accepted as awarded to the winner on the entry and cannot be transferred or gifted to another person, related or otherwise. Prize is not redeemable for cash and is subject to Sponsor’s Northern Friends Rewards Program® (the "Program") terms and conditions. Winner will have two (2) years to redeem the 5,000 Friends Dollars™. The Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to the Program and expressly disclaims all warranties express or implied with respect to the Program, including but not limited to, any warranty of availability, quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any merchandise offered. Sponsor shall not be liable for any direct, compensatory, indirect, special, or punitive damages whether by action in contract, tort (including negligence), strict warranty, statutory right or any other basis with regards to the Program even if Sponsor has been advised of the possibility of such damage or if such damage was foreseeable. - have complied and continue to comply with these contest rules;
- answer a time limited arithmetical skill testing question to be administered by telephone or e-mail; and
- sign and return a standard declaration and release form, releasing the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in this Contest or acceptance or use of the prize and confirming compliance with the Contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded.
If any prize notification is undeliverable or a selected entrant fails to comply with these contest rules or is otherwise ineligible for this contest, that selected entrant will not receive a prize and an alternate entry will be drawn. The prize must be accepted as awarded, with no cash substitutions.
