The legal owner of the e-mail address is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by an Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question. Prize will be mailed to winner 4 to 8 weeks after the signed Declaration and release document has been received by Ryan Partnership, 139 Main Street, Suite 204, Unionville, Ontario, L3R 2G6. If, by 5:00 p.m. EDT on December 20, 2007, and after having placed a total of ten (10) telephone calls to the telephone number provided by a potential prize winner, a representative of the Sponsor has been unable to speak directly to the potential prize winner, or the parent/legal guardian of the potential prize winner, if the prize winner is under the age of 13, and verify the eligibility of the potential prize winner, a redraw will take place in accordance with this section, with a revised drawing date of 5 p.m. EDT on December 21, 2007. Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion due to prize unavailability, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value.
