A welcome kit includes a handy booklet with info and a sticker of some sort. I have been either missing all the promos or they have been filled out. Also they go by your surveys that fill out and extra information. This lets them know which campaigns are for who. It kind of sucks in away. Some promos are targeted to different qualifications.
