Well, from my time working for the magazine, I can tell you that our publication offered far more contests and freebies during late Spring and early Autumn than at other times simply because that's when we received all the marketing goodies and promotions from the manufacturers.

Maybe we'll soon see an upswing.

Of course, if the Capster wants to organize a free pearls thingy... well, you got my number baby! ;)
