1. ELIGIBILITY: eBay "Shop Victoriously" Instant Winner Game (the "Game) & Sweepstakes (collectively the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are: physically located and reside in the United States, District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec); 18 years of age or older for U.S. residents and the age of majority in their province or territory of residence for Canadian residents; and confirmed registered members of www.ebay.com or www.ebay.ca (collectively, the "eBay Site") at time of entry ("Eligible Participant"). Members of the U.S. Military who reside at APO/FPO addresses outside of the U.S. and who are registered members of www.ebay.com are also eligible to enter. Void in Puerto Rico, the Province of Quebec, and where prohibited. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and their respective household members, of eBay Inc. ("eBay") and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions ("eBay Entities") (eBay and eBay Entities collectively, "Sponsor"), Sponsor's advertising and promotion agencies, and Strobe Promotions, Inc. are not eligible to enter. Promotion is subject to all federal, state, local, provincial, and municipal laws. U.S. law governs this Promotion and personal jurisdiction shall exclusively be the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara, California.
2. PROMOTION TIMING/DESCRIPTION: The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on October 10, 2007, and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on October 31, 2007 (the "Promotion Period"). There will be instant win prizes awarded during the Promotion Period and weekly drawings held throughout the Promotion Period to award three (3) Grand Prizes.
3. HOW TO PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME: To play the Game, go to www.shopvictoriously.ebay.com, click on the link to the instant win game & sweepstakes site (the "Game Site") and register by entering your eBay User ID and password. Upon registering for the Game, you will be presented with the instant win game. Follow the instructions on the screen to play ("Game Play"). If you receive a winning message, you are a winner of the prize indicated subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. If you do not receive a prize winning message, you are not an instant winner. The number of winning moments will be seeded randomly throughout the Promotion Period. Game Play must be completed during the Promotion Period in order to be valid. Proof of Game Play and/or winning that is generated or provided by an entrant shall not be considered proof of playing and/or winning. Subject to the restrictions herein. Limit one (1) game play per person/eBay User ID/per day. A "day", for purposes of this Game, is defined as the 24-hour period beginning 12:00:00 AM PT and ending at 11:59:59 PM PT of the same day. Game ends 11:59:59 PM PT on October 31, 2007. Unclaimed instant win prizes will not be awarded. Limit one instant win prize per person/eBay User ID. Game plays made under multiple identities or through the use of any agent or other device or artifice to play multiple times in one day will be deemed invalid. Incomplete Game Play not complying with these Official Rules is subject to disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, damaged, or misdirected game plays. Use of the eBay Site and the Game Site, and Sponsor's use of information submitted by entrant in connection with the Game, will be subject to the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules as well as to the eBay User Agreement and Privacy Policy available on the eBay Site. You will not be eligible for the Game if your accounts on the eBay Site and PayPal Site are not in good standing. In order for your accounts to be deemed in good standing as that term is used herein, you must not have a hold on either account and your accounts must not be suspended or past due as of October 10, 2007. If an entrant changes his/her telephone number, email address and/or street address after he/she participates in the Game, it is his/her sole responsibility to notify the Game Administrator by (postal) mailing notice to the Administrator's address (listed below in Rule #12) to be received by the end of the Promotion Period.
4. HOW TO ENTER THE WEEKLY RANDOM DRAWINGS: You will receive one (1) entry in a Weekly Random Drawing each time you play the Game during the Promotion Period. If you have won an instant win prize, but wish to continue to enter the weekly Grand Prize random drawings, click on the link presented to you after you log in to play the game to receive an entry in the weekly drawing. Limit one entry per eBay User ID per day. Subsequent entries received from the same eBay User ID on the same day will be disqualified. Entries must be received by dates and times stated in the Entry Chart below in order to be eligible for each Weekly Random drawing.
5. DETERMINATION OF WEEKLY RANDOM DRAWING WINNERS: Three (3) potential Grand Prize Winners will be selected in Weekly Random Drawings (one (1) per week) during the Promotion Period from among all eligible entries received based on the Entry Chart below. Potential Grand Prize Winners will be notified by electronic mail and/or phone and/or overnight mail on or about the dates stated in the Entry Chart below.
