lol, well awaite, we're kinda paying you some of the money back if you win! those costumes that i had were a handy-me-down bear and an actual clown costume. For Halloween we usually search for pieces at the V & V Boutique (aka Value Village.) You only end up wearing it for a few hours and at school for them and our budget is usually $15 per costume. Last year my older sister found this really ugly red and white polka dot dress for $6 and went to the dollar store and bought ears and a tail and TA-DA! instant minnie mouse!
