Bunnies INGREDIENTS
50 ml1/4 cupmargarine or butter250 g1 pkg(about 40) regular marshmallows or 5 cups miniature2 ml1/2 tspvanilla extract (optional)1.5 L6 cupsRICE KRISPIES* cerealPrepared icing for decorationPink construction paper cut into bunny earsLicorice
PREPARATION Regular Method- In a large microwave safe bowl, heat margarine and marshmallows at HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla. Stir in KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* cereal until well coated. Using ¼ cup measure and buttered hands, shape cereal mixture into 7cm balls.
- Using icing to attach two balls together to form bunny body and head. Use icing, attach paper bunny ears and licorice for whiskers. Make eyes, mouth, and tail.
Stove Top Method- Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Follow steps 2 and 3 above.
