Eligibility

~Residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence and who possess a valid driver’s license in the province in which they reside at the time of entry may enter the Contest.

Prizes

~ GRAND PRIZE. There will be one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of one (1) pre-paid one (1) year lease on a new 2009 model year Saab 9-3 Sport Sedan. Colour, options package, accessories, and other specifics of the Grand Prize will be at GMCL’s sole discretion. Approximate retail value, including freight and taxes is: $14,000 (CDN). To be declared a winner the selected entrant must qualify for, sign and comply with all the terms of GMCL’s standard lease agreement as designated by GMCL in its sole discretion. Lease will commence on or about November 15, 2008 and end on or about November 15, 2009. Manufacturer’s warranty applies to the Grand Prize. Upon notification winner will take delivery of the vehicle from a Saab dealership within Canada near the confirmed winner's home as designated by GMCL within thirty (30) days. Grand Prize vehicle will not be released unless winner first shows proof he/she holds a valid driver’s license in the province in which he/she resides and has obtained satisfactory insurance for the term of the lease. The vehicle comes with a 20,000 km / year allowance during the lease period. Winner shall pay all additional costs for each additional kilometre over 20,000 km driven during the lease period. The winner will also be responsible for any additional expenses such as licensing, operating, repair, and maintenance costs of the vehicle including but not limited to fuel, oil changes, and other regular maintenance of the vehicle as further outlined in the vehicle lease agreement (maintenance to be performed at an authorized Saab dealership). Any costs or expenses incurred by the winner in claiming or using his/her prize will be the responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part, for cash, subject to the provisions set forth elsewhere in these rules. All taxes on the Grand Prize other than taxes specifically referred to in these rules are the responsibility of the winner.
