For an interesting twist, roll out cookie dough and use a heart shaped cookie cutter to mak heart cookies or use vanilla/light colored ice cream and soften ice cream ahead of time and add red food coloring and stir well, refreeze ice cream
or add sprinkles and candy to the ice cream
