i recently had a poor shopping experience at chatters where i was completely ignored in the store when i required assistance.
i emailed the head office and was pleasantly surprised with a free gift bag of a full sized shampoo and conditioner along with a hand lotion that were couriered to my door - that an tonnes of coupons for salon services!
