Double Day Book Club I am having so many problems with these people right now. Feb 27th 2007 I placed an order to join the "club" where they send me 5 books for a cheap price and I promise to buy something like at least 4 more in 2 years.
Well its now the end of Feb, 2 months later and I have not heard anything back. I sent their customer service an email, which they promptly replied stating I needed to send my full name, address, and order info so that they could confirm my order, since then, nothing. I have sent several emails, reposting all the needed info, and still nothing.
when I go home tonight I will be looking if they have already charged my credit card and will update here. In an age of customer service, you think that it wouldn't take a month to respond with a "thank you, we are looking into it"
