after a few emails back and forth between me and the local manager and apologies and promises of 'gifts' and the lack of delivery, i emailed the district manager about how the false promises of 'gifts' is yet another fine example of poor customer service (at one point the local manager said she'd drop it off the following day, and over a month later, i still didnt have it).
i got a lovely lil bag delivered to my door last night - albeit by the manager who just thrust the bag at me and said "here, this is yours" and stormed off (she must have gotten in kaka).....this is what was in the bag and the $$ values:

even though the customer service was horrible, including the delivery of my apology, the free gifts rock!!!!!! |
