I got a wii fit for my Birthday!! It is so cool. Harder than it looks though. Tried it last night and again today. I guess I am in pretty bad shape, because my knees are killing me. The step program is a good little work out and I haven't hoola-hooped like this since I was a kid. Yoga is really neat and the slolam skiing and ski jump are fun too. The more you do, the more you unlock. So there is a total of 40 different exercises you can do. Lots of central balancing games too, which are very difficult after you have had a few Birthday cocktails. LOL. I think I am going to get a lot of use out of this one. |
