Sounds like a "BEST BUY" being not so hunky dory after all.

I went yesterday to return a $15 book to Walmart that my son got a duplicate of for his birthday and even though it was just purchased hours earlier by a friend on the way to the party, they would not accept a "Book" return. In my opinion, it was more a toy than a book, as it talked and was battery run, but because it had pages, they would not accept it back. I have NEVER been told "no returns" on books when I have purchased them at Walmart. Underwear yes, but a book, no.

Also, just after being turned down with the book, I had 2 other Birthday DUPLICATE toys where the receipt was not given with them, so a note for anyone returning things...If you Do not have the receipt...you will get a gift card and not CASH back.
