We straightened everything out and I happily received my charms. I bought the charms through this site and they are very cute. I assumed it was a scam after the money came out of my paypal but nothing arrived. I had sent numerous emails but no answer. I guess there was an email mix up but everything is cool now. The lady I spoke to was very nice and sent me some freebies for my trouble. It wasn't the money I was worried about anyway, I have been scammed in the past by other companies.
