Pancakes

1 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

mix then add :
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

cook in frying pan with 1 tsp oil

(this is the recipe my mom used when I was a kid and I still use it!!)
