I have a nice simple baste i can whip up quick if i need to, suits practically any meat (I haven't tried chicken yet though)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion salt
3 T HP original sauce
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
Mix together and brush onto steaks, chops etc |
