Thumbs down Burt's Bees bought by Clorox

"The Ups & Downs of Burt's Bees"

i thought i would share this information.. just incase nobody knew i typed it out.

Burt's Bees addicted were horrified when they discovered the company had been bought by Clorox, which isn't exactly a name that conjures up environmental responsibility. However, Clorox recently launched a natural, biodegradable, inexpensive line of Green Works cleaners that contains no phosphorus or bleach and is supported by the USA Sierra Club. Definitely good news. However, the bad news is that the beeswax in Burt's Bees products, which used to be sourced in Maine, is now being flown in from Ethiopia. Lots of pollution potential there.
