I'v had people emailing me saying to boycott esso and shell,in an atemp to start a price war. I filled up at canadian tire. I'm tired of getting hosed.

I don't think boycotting is going to start a price war. I had to quit my job to find one in the town where I live simply because I can't afford to fill my tank *and* buy groceries on minimum wage.

Gas stations raise their prices as oil dictates, BUT it's the gas they purchased at a smaller rate, so they're making more money. No wonder bigwigs at oil companies are bragging about record profits. :/

I always buy gas at canadian tire gas station to get the CT money lol

I like to check with http://www.gastips.com/ It's a great way to find out what gas stations have the lowest gas prices in your area.
