Do you sign up for all freebies, or ones you could possibly have a use for? For example do you sign up for cat food, even if youi don't know someone who even has a cat?

Sometimes I get in "a mood", where I will send for every free thing I set my eyes on. It doesn't happen much anymore. One day Canada Post came to my door with three items and about a half hour later FedEx arrived. One of the packages contained books about diseases of the mouth, five different books. That's when I knew I had a problem.

I only sign up for freebies that I will use or items that I have alway wanted to try but are too expensive. I don't sign up for everything. No cookbook brochures or written materials. I figure I can just read it on-line. A single golf tee is pretty useless to me too. So I guess I am somewhat selective. I love beauty products, food and drink as well as home cleaning products.

Last year when I first came across a site like this one I was amazed with all the freebies and signed up for almost everything... but now I'm more selective and only bother with the things I actually would like to get.

I used to sign up for everything, but started getting to much junk mail.. so now I only sign up for things I really want and think will actually come

I used to sign up for everything but I realized that there was a lot of paper garbage involved in the packaging. Also I got a lot of books and writen materials I was never going to use so that is more waste. Now I am more selective and the environment thanks me for it.
