| Little Beaver | I know some charities use that as a way to spread the word but if they are using the money to make bears or something, and giving them away it doesn't seem like there using the donations like they say they would. |

| Learning Beaver Join Date: May 2007 Location: Woodstock ON | When I get the labels from the War Amps, I always donate. I had a friend that had many amputations, so I know that they do a great job in helping people. I'd feel ashamed of myself if I didn't give them a little something. Keep Safe...AnnA... |

| Smart Beaver Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: Red Deer, Alberta | I agree with the above posts. I don't feel bad about taking freebies from charities as: a) if it is a charity I already support - it helps me spread the word about it to others b) if it isn't a charity I support, finding out more about them through the freebies may convince me that it's worth my time/money/etc to support them Everyone will have their own ideas on this, just wanted to add mine! Cheers, Trish |
