IN my foods class we did alot of work on this and since i just had exams its still good in my head and for botulism normal symptoms usually occur between 12–36 hours after consuming the botulinum toxin and or food contaminated. However, they can occur as early as 6 hours or as late as 10 days after.

yuck, it makes you not want to eat anything these days, carrots with salmonella, spinach that will kill you and now food with botulism, if you have a unconsumed jar of it maybe someone should try it as a face mask isn't that where botox comes from

I think that is ridiculous we haven't heard more about this - botulism is pretty serious - not just something you get a bit of a stomach ache with!!
