Aaron is booked for a CAT scan tomorrow and is to receive another 2 units of blood tonight. Continue to pray for the pain he has. The morphine offers little relief.

Congrats Cindylee!!!!!! I quit dec 31 (and only had 1 smoke since) wonder how much I saved???

Went to the DR. they didn't do any thing yet.. just set me up for a 4 hr information/counseling appt. which will be in 4-6 weeks.. then I call on my day 1 (first day of my menstrual cycle/ first day of my period) and they start me on my first cycle of meds.. and hopefully get pregnant that month or it starts all over again and we have to pay again (and it's not cheap)

up date on Aaron:Aaron went for x-rays and a CAT scan last evening and this morning he had a scope put into his stomach to check it out. A large bleeding ulcer was found in his stomach. We are so relieved it wasn't something more serious! The doctor put him on some medication via I V to help heal the ulcer. He is not allowed anything to eat or drink until it is healed. There has been a dramatic change in the amount of pain he was experiencing and we are praising the Lord for that! Last night was the first good nights sleep he has had in months. We are so thankful to God for His mercy!

What a sigh of relief for you skylark. That is great. An ulcer is easily cured these days.
Not that they don't hurt, but at least its fixable.
