I am trying to quit smoking,,,one second day and have had 5 cigarettes since yesterday morning,,chewing Thrive gum,,seems to really help with the cravings,,,gotta remember to grab gum instead of cigarette when I have a craving...yep hubby smokes and I gotta get him to not smoke around me,,hopefully

i havent had a smoke in 8 years when i was prego i quit.
i was one of those smoking that really likes it and didnt want to quit but im glad i did now
try the patch and exercise
when u go any cardio u feel it in your lunges and u dont want one
the patch helps with the physical so its not as painful

i am so glad it is wednesday, i took the last 2 days off work... not feeling so good. we had a storm here yesterday =( i really hate the winter

I just finished day one of my first aid course I took it a few years ago but they've changed it since then so it's like I'm taking a brand new course
