My favorite recipe!

Thai Shrimp and noodles

Ingredients:

* 1 pound cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 1/3 cup Italian salad dressing
* 8 ounces uncooked angel hair pasta
* 1/4 cup chicken broth
* 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
* 2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
* 1 tablespoon honey
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
* 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
* 1 cup julienned carrots
* 1 cup chopped green onions
* 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Directions:
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine shrimp and salad dressing. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
In a small bowl, combine the broth, cilantro, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, ginger and pepper flakes; set aside. In a large skillet, saute carrots and onions in vegetable and sesame oils for 2-3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Drain shrimp and discard marinade. Add shrimp to vegetables; cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Drain pasta and place in a large bowl. Add shrimp mixture and peanut butter mixture; toss to coat. Yield: 6 servings.
p.s. Dont count on feeding 6 people with this! It is so good everyone will want seconds

p.p.s. I am making this tonight LOL

I love iced tea and I love sangria so these 2 go well together I think I saw it on a calendar somewhere

Ice Tea Sangria!

You will need:
Lemon Iced Tea Mix
Cranberry Juice
Orange Juice
Carbonated Natural Spring Water
Orange, lemon and lime slices

Tools required: Pitcher

Step 1:

Place ½ cup Lemon Iced Tea Mix in a large pitcher; stir in 3 cups cranberry juice, 1 cup orange juice.
Step 2:

Just before serving, add 2 cups cold carbonated spring water and sliced fruit. Enjoy.

Makes six 1-cup servings.
Or you could just drink it all yourself

Variations:
White Sangria – replace cranberry juice with white grape juice
Wine Sangria – replace cranberry juice with red or white wine
YUM!

I love this recipe and it is so easy to do.

Stir Fry Pizza

Prepare your favorite pizza dough and set aside to rise

Prepare your favories stir fry recipe...I use a chicken one.

Spread your pizza dough with plum sauce just as you would with pizza sauce

Put your cooked stir fry on next and top with your favorite cheese(s), mozerella is good

Bake at 425 until the cheese is melted and the pizza crust is browned.

Pour the mixtur in a mold and put in the fridge at least 1h . Unmold and serve with crackers or a sliced bread bagette.

You can make this recepie the day before. You can also change the shrimps with Crab, Lopster, Ham or even just with vegtables.
