EVERY MONTHS CORRECT ENTRY GOES TOWARDS GRAND PRIZE
The Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two to one of the destinations featured in the 2008 "Where Are You?" contest. The choice of the destination is subject to approval by Condé Nast Traveler
The retail value of the Grand Prize is approximately $10,000, depending on exact itinerary.

For each issue, one potential Monthly winner of the contest will be chosen, on or after the eleventh day of the following month, in a random drawing of qualified entries that have correctly identified the location in that issue's "Where Are You?" contest. The potential winner will be notified by phone or mail. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of attempted notification, an alternate winner may be chosen. All decisions by the judges are final.

5. Each Monthly winner will receive an award of $1,000. There is no limit to the number of times a contestant may win the Monthly prize during the contest period. The Monthly winner's registered correct entry will be entered in the Grand Prize drawing.

Only one correct answer will be registered per entrant per month for the Monthly drawings. For the Grand Prize drawing, contestants who have one registered correct answer at the end of the contest period (on or before January 9, 2009) will have one entry in the Grand Prize drawing; contestants with a total of two registered correct answers will have two; and so on. Condé Nast Traveler reserves the right to discontinue the contest at any

I am pretty sure it is Dubai as well. I know that one of the cruise ships was being taken there and reconverted into a hotel. I wonder if it is a room in it. (Queen Elizabeth? Queen MARY? )

Well One Of The Clues Is That A Brit Rock Star That Wont Stop Saying Your Beautiful Is Playing There , That Would Be James Blunt I Looked At His Tour Schedule For Feb , Dubai Is One Of The Stops So I Lebanon ,oman, And Greece, Peru And Mexico And Brazil,were Also On The List But Since You Guys Have Narrowed Down To That Part Of The World,

I'm not sure about the location. I never noticed this contest before, but I just noticed that it's ongoing & has been since 2005 (at the latest).
