Prizes

Monthly Prize: Each Monthly Prize consists of one (1) Dyson Animal vacuum cleaner as chosen by the Monthly Prize Winner from Dyson Animal vacuum cleaners available in Canada, including delivery by courier to the Monthly Prize Winner (AV: $499-$749, depending on the model chosen); and one (1) Bark & Fitz Gift Voucher (AV: $100).
Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of one (1) Dyson DC16 Animal handheld, including delivery by courier to the Grand Prize Winner (AV: $249); dog or cat food for one (1) dog or cat for one (1) year provided by Whiskas or Pedigree in the form of redeemable vouchers (AV: $500); and one (1) Dyson Animal vacuum cleaner as chosen by the Grand Prize Winner from Dyson Animal vacuum cleaners available in Canada, to be donated by Dyson to the Canadian pet charity of the Grand Prize Winner’s choosing (AV: $499-$749, depending on the model chosen). Note, however, that the Grand Prize Winner will not receive a charitable receipt for the donation.


(a) Online Registration: To enter the Contest, you must visit the Dyson Next Top Animal contest website at www.dysonanimal.ca/contest/ ("Contest Website") and complete an online registration; and
(b) Upload Your Photo(s)/Video(s): After registering, you must then upload an original video(s) (maximum of 3 minutes)
Posting of Entries: By entering the Contest, you understand that your Entry, your first name, your city of residence and your pet’s name may be posted online and your Entry may be subject to voting by members of the Canadian public. All Entries will be screened by the Contest Administrator ("Administrator") before they are posted on the Contest Website. Only those entries that comply with the Rules and are deemed by the Administrator to qualify (“Eligible Entries”) will be posted on the Contest Website. Posting of Eligible Entries will not be immediate, but will generally occur within 2-4 business days after uploading. You will be notified by e-mail when your Entry is posted on the Contest Website. Eligible Entries may be posted on the Contest Website until the conclusion of the Contest Period. All Entries submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt of entry. Online entries must be made only by the original, manual keystrokes of the individual entrant. Use of any automated systems including robotic or form filling software to enter or participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all entries by anyone using such assistance.
The Administrator has the sole discretion to determine whether an Entry qualifies as an Eligible Entry. Any Entry deemed inappropriate or unsuitable for posting, in Administrator's sole discretion, will be disqualified and will not appear on the Contest Website, including if the Entry or a portion thereof, in the Administrator's sole discretion, contains one or more of the following:
obscenity, profanity, or content that is deemed lewd, offensive, explicit, vulgar, crude, or defamatory;
any content unsuitable for broadcast;
materials that are violent or display illegal drug or alcohol use;
any content that depicts unapproved uses of product;
any use of commercial products or services other than Dyson, including any use of trademarks, brands or logos of commercial products and services, such as the marks or logo of companies other than the Sponsor;
information that can be used to personally identify an individual, such as an address, phone number or email address;
any image or likeness of a person, living or deceased;
material that is derogatory or threatening to any person or group of people or animal;
any third party materials (including but not limited to music), that otherwise violates or infringes (or may infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand or other proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity;
materials or content that have been submitted for another contest or published or disseminated in any other way by the participant or anyone else; or
digital video that is not of satisfactory quality (i.e. brightness, focus, volume) to be streamed online.
