In the event of a dispute, entries received on-line shall be deemed to be submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries must include your first and last name, address, email address, age and ten digit day time and evening telephone number.

Limit of one (1) entry per individual per day. If it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than once per day, all your entries for that day will be void. Contest starts at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET" on Sunday, October 05, 2008 and closes on Friday, October 31, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET" (the “Contest Period”).
There is one (1) grand prize (the "Prize" to be won from among all the eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Prize - There is one (1) Prize consisting of a trip for four (4) to Montreal, Quebec, Canada, four (4) Tickets to the 2009 NHL All-Star Game, four (4) Tickets to the 2009 NHL Skills Competition and one (1) Exclusive VIP Behind The Scenes Tour for four (4) people. Trip includes: round trip economy air fare for four (4) from the gateway Canadian airport closest to the Prize winner's place of residence in Canada (as the term "gateway" airport is defined by Sponsor) (hereinafter referred to as the "Departure Point" to Montreal (if the winner resides in Montreal or resides in proximity to Montreal such that they are not serviced by air transportation to Montreal, air transportation will not form part of the prize package and nothing will be offered in its place and the winner will be responsible for travelling to Montreal at their own expense); two (2) nights accommodation (based on two (2) rooms, double occupancy) as chosen by the Contest Sponsor. Prize winner and his/her travelling companions are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, applicable taxes, fuel/currency surcharges, ground transportation, meals, beverages, room service, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, insurance together with any required travel documentation, and all personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover. Departure dates and hotel accommodation are subject to availability and change without notice or compensation.
