PRIZES: There are two (2) Prizes available to be won.
i. Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of a trip for two (2) adults (the winner and one (1) guest) to the Nascar 2010 Sprint All-Star Race (the "Event") in Charlotte, NC on May 15, 2010. The trip includes: return economy airfare for two (2) adults departing May 14, 2010 and returning May 16, 2010 from the Canadian international airport closest to the winner’s residence to Charlotte, NC; two (2) nights’ accommodation including breakfast and dinner in a hotel as selected by the Sponsor based on double occupancy; transportation to and from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, NC and the hotel selected by the Sponsor; two (2) tickets to the Event (seating locations as determined by the Sponsor); invitation to view the "Pennzoil Victory Challenge" during the Event; dinner for two (2) during the Event in the Shell Hospitality Suite and $500.00 (CDN) spending money issued in the form of a cheque payable to the confirmed winner as his/her name appears on his/her Entry Form. The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $7,000.00 (CDN) based on a Toronto, ON departure. Actual retail value may vary depending on the city of departure. The Grand Prize winner and his/her travel guest are solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the departure point as the Grand Prize originates and terminates there. All departure taxes (at the time of booking), transfers, insurance, items of personal nature and all other costs and expenses not specifically stated as included herein are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her travel guest. Travel arrangements must be made through the Sponsor, and the Grand Prize winner and his/her travel guest will be required to travel on the same itinerary. No frequent flyer miles will be awarded. The travel guest must be a Canadian resident and be age of majority. Due to the nature of the Grand Prize, the winner and his/her travel guest must be available to travel May 14, 2010 and returning May 16, 2010 or the Grand Prize will be forfeited. In the event that the winner does not use any portion of the Grand Prize, there will be no extension, transfer, substitution or any kind of compensation provided. PLEASE NOTE: If desired, the winner will have the option of taking $6,575.00 (CDN) cash in lieu of the Grand Prize described above, which will be issued in the form of a cheque made payable to the confirmed winner as his/her name appears on the Entry Form.
ii. Survey Prize: There will be one (1) Survey Prize available to be won, consisting of one (1) $250.00 (CDN) Shell Canada Products’ Gift Certificate redeemable at any Shell Canada Gas Station in Canada. Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution except as specifically described above and are not transferable and not for resale. The Sponsor reserves the right in the event that a Prize or any component of a Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute a similar Prize or component of Prize of equal or greater value without liability. Limit of one (1) Prize per person
