be of the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence or older at the time of entry; and
be legally able to travel to foreign jurisdictions including the United States and have any and all necessary documentation as may be required for presentation to Canadian and/or International customs and airport personnel.

There is one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) available to be won by the Contest winner (“Winner”) consisting of his/her choice of one (1) of the following four (4) prizes:

Winner will receive round trip economy air transportation to NYC, accommodation for six (6) nights and seven (7) days (double occupancy) at a hotel chosen at the Sponsors’ sole discretion in NYC, and two thousand dollars Canadian (CDN$2,000.00) in additional spending money; OR
Trip for Winner and one Guest to Costa Rica. Winner will receive round trip economy air transportation to Costa Rica, accommodation for six (6) nights and seven (7) days (double occupancy) at a hotel chosen at the Sponsors’ sole discretion in Costa Rica, and two thousand dollars Canadian (CDN$2,000.00) in additional spending money for adventure activities; OR
