Sir Richard Branson himself will be judging the videos and awarding the prize on November 19th, 2009.

Richard Branson is pretty qualified to judge the submissions - he has sailed the Atlantic ocean in an open boat with his kids, and floated a helium balloon around the world, and I guess history will also record that Virgin launched the first passenger space ship...
