Hi from Hamilton

Hi,

I just started drinking Silk and liking it. I started trying to like it a year ago, but for some reason now that I have drastically cut out the sugar, I enjoy Silk.
I'm losing weight, doctor's orders, weaning off coffee, and seriously considering going Vegan, one step at a time.

Anyone from the Hamilton area able to help me with switching to soy and vegan?
