Nice to meet you and welcome to the site. The best place I find coupons is save.ca and gocoupons. We have an awesome listing under the coupon section too. Smart Source and Shop & Save are great too. These ones come in the flyers once a month or in your local newspaper. Check out the schedule that is posted of dates to find these and mark your calendar as a reminder. Also when I see a coupon in the grocery store or department store I grab 3 or 4 and shop around other stores looking for that Item to be on sale. Most coupons don't have to be used in that particular store. Hope this helps you on your way to saving lots of money. Have a great day!

Mottski, as Cheetah said you can find coupons in the stores, save.ca, in newspapers. I began couponing a couple of years ago and now I find them everywhere. Now that you are looking for them, you will be able to find them. Last time I went to the dentist, I eyed coupons for a toothbrush - can't recall the brand....I asked my dentist if I could take a few and he had no problem with it. If you are at the doctors office look through the magazines, you can find coupons in there too. The best thing that I have found is to send an email directly to the manufacturer to compliment their product. The manufacturer will send you out high value coupons. There are also yahoo couponing clubs that offer amazing advice on getting coupons and where to save....I have saved hundreds of dollars. Happy Coupon Shopping!!!!

Another great way to get high value coupon is to do the Shopper's Voice Surveys. You can do then once or twice a year. Then you get a nice package of samples and high value coupons- It is a long survey but it is worth every minute you spend on it.

mysavings.com has really good free stuff and offers coupons as well (although not a huge variety for grocery)

The best place to look is in envelop my wife has. Thanks to advice the others gave you it's full of free stuff and great discounts. She pulls it out, and goes through it before we go shopping each week, and then forgets it on the coffee table. That would be a great place to look. [ I know i'll here it for this ]
