i recently had a poor shopping experience at chatters where i was completely ignored in the store when i required assistance.
i emailed the head office and was pleasantly surprised with a free gift bag of a full sized shampoo and conditioner along with a hand lotion that were couriered to my door - that an tonnes of coupons for salon services!

Way to go- I strongly believe that if you are not satisfied you should speak up and say so. Good for you. Everyone should do the same. Customer servie is key in this damn age.
