OMG on one hand i am grateful to have won my laptop and it is great, but it has a hard drive issue and needs to be sent back to dell, it is fully warrantied no problem there, but i have ben 2 weeks trying to get a STUPID box. they sent the box i put the laptop in it goes to dell and comes back in 5 to 7 days all fixed RIGHT, WRONG i have spent about 20 hrs on the phone as you get transfered and transfered each time giving the same info over and OVER AGAIN, no one speaks english , so they sent the package to THEMSELVES instead of me, so after a week of waiting we figured out what had happened , they said they would redo the whole thing, a week later still no package supposed to take 2 ot 3 days, after many more hours on the phone i find out they left the first screwed up thing open so they canceled the second fixed order, so still no package, if it was an office i was in i would have gone POSTAL, i swear people would be running for their lives i am soo choked , i told them if my empty box isnt here by monday i want them to just send me a whole new computer or i will be sending 10 emails a day to there head office AGHHHHHH unfreakin real it is insane, and when my box comes i still have to send it back and hope my computer dosent end up in timbuktu :CRYING2:thanks for the rant i needed that
