Hey All,
I just wanted to say that the Dollarama gets my vote for awesome store.
I have one close to home that I buy these Studio brand Roller Grip Liquid Ink pens. They are fantastic pens and you get two in a pack for $1 so it's a real bargain. The only thing is, my Dollarama is no longer carrying these pens.
So today I was in another mall returning a defective Christmas gift, and there happened to be a Dollarama so I went in to look for the pens I like. Well they had oodles of my favorite pens so I stocked up. Then I took my daughter to the toy aisle so she could pick something out. Well there was a store employee coming with a large trolley of boxes so I immediately moved out of the way and had my daughter move for him too. Once the employee moved past me, he turned around and said "Do you want one of these...I'm just stocking them now" and it was a Hannah Montana hardcover backstage pass book that was marked with the original price as $21.99 of course my daughter wanted it so we took one. I have to say that there are some nice people in this world, because he didn't have to tell me about the book and we would have picked some cheap dollar store toy and left. Instead, my daughter received a book she absolutely loves and it only cost us a dollar.
After a hectic Christmas season with shoppers who probably drove you absolutely nuts, you were kind to a little girl who is thrilled with her new book.
Thank you Dollarama you made my day
