Default Kraft's quick response!

I recently purchased peanut butter for my children, as I do every two weeks, and when I opened the package the foil liner was not completely covering the product. I emailed Kraft regarding my issue and they were very quick to respond, sending me 3 coupons for free jars.

I had to do the same with Sealtest when I pulled out on of their pouches of milk and found it to be only half full, with no holes! They sent me out a bunch of coupons ranging from 4 dollars to 1 dollar off their products.

We must never forget the power of email. These companies appreciate our business and also appreciate being informed of any issues. For their quick responses, I have become a bigger fan of their company.

Sometimes even if you email to compliment them on a product you really like they will send you coupons as well.

I made sure that I took pictures of my product the way I discovered it. I let them know of the photos in their email, but they have never asked to see it. Most of the websites have an email link that does not support attachments. I never want to appear as though I am trying to scam the company, which I would never do, so I always make sure that I can prove that there was a problem.

Great for your reward. Great that you told them b/c it is good for them to know what products are being "found" on the shelves.

I sent Tim Hortons a compliment email and they actually called my cell to thank me for thanking them...lol

I wish there were free sample...lol (but thats cool, wasn't the reason for the email, entirely)

Hmmm.... I always go to the customer service at the store. But I always got the feeling of the issue "falling on deaf ears". Next time I will go directly to the company!

Thanks for the suggestion!

That's a nice tip, taking pics.
One time I had the misfortune of getting 1 stale pouch of Dairyland milk when the expiry date was weeks away. I didn't bother to complain but I was so annoyed, I changed brands.
