I am furious with the staples in my area i have gotten poor customer service on more than one occasion and msot recenlty when I had asked for help I was kept waiting over 45 min When the store wasnt busy. the employees where all standing around talking and they were very rude when I tried to interuppt I will not be shopping at staples anymore and I have emailed teh staples.ca customer support..

I've had the same problem @ Swiss Chalet, since we have moved here last summer we have been to Swiss Chalet 3 times, every time the staff have been so rude and they have messed up our orders... example I ordered Chicken Caesar salad .. OK how do u mess that up??? they gave me Cesar salad with no chicken, it was a pick up order and I didn't notice there was no chicken until we got home.. so I ate it and hubby called and complained

grrrrrr doesnt it make you so mad??? future shop here isnt bad at all im sorry yours has been terrible that really sucks because they usually are so good .. and nothing is worse than crappy food service how aggravating for you guys !!!! update on the staples situation so far they have transferred my email complaint to two different places .....now apperantly its going to the proper general manager in charge of the particualr store .. I threatened to post my dissatisfaction on my social networking pages and becasue i have so many networks they have jumped into action rather quickly lol .. ok I know its mean but its soo fustrating and they need to get on top of this bad service bit soemtimes it really means you have to get abit tough with larger companies to get there wayward habits to change

Try being a female buying a car. Look into my eyes when you talk to me don't talk to my chest.. no my hubby doesn't need to drive it. Yes I like the mirror on the sun visor. Hubby is busy I can sign the papers by myself thankyou. Come back when you are sure what you want..ouch.. that was the worst of all..

^ OMG, car dealers and mechanics are the worst.. I've been an avid car (and motorcycle) lover since I can remember, I have helped my dad, uncles, cousins and husband rebuild so many cars, dirt bikes and motorcycles... yet when i take my car in for repairs (it's 2 damn cold in the winter for me 2 hang out in the garage) they talk to me like I'm a moron, and try to charge me for things I know aren't wrong .. and yes look me in the face when ur talking to me, my breast can't answer you
and when I went to buy my car the guy says "maybe you should let your husband, take it for the test drive" Jamie (hubby) looked at him like "dude, your in trouble now" but I just said "F***, this let's go buy a car somewhere else" and left

urghhh that is sooo rude!!!!! I am one of the lucky women that never get that from a car place because my hubby works for a volkswagon dealer ship ( he is a detailer and a he sprays line-x box liners for them) anyways my hubby is pretty talented mechanically and he spends alot of time teaching me about mechanics and stuff ( he should be a mechanic but hes not confident enough) anyways everyone theri knows im his wife so even though they stare at my breasts they NEver talk down to me but grrr it makes me mad for all of you that is soooo annoying there is so many benifits to being married to a blue coller man hehehehehe plus if there is anything he cant fix on the car we get some good discounts at teh shop on parts and stuff!! glad to hear you guys stick up for yourselves .....I get treated like a peice of meat when I go out on errands and stuff know that ticks me off there is more to me than boobs and blonde hair the funny thing is im chunky and guys still are pigs about it.. the whole look at breasts thing is such a !@#@$@$!!!!

I never shop anywhere where the staff talk down to me, or i ask for their manager. It shouldn't matter whether you have tits or not, everyone has a brain!

as for staples i got a call from the GM today and he offered me 30% off of my next purchase and personal service for my shopping experience and I No thanks I am no longer shopping at your establishment!!!

Wow, that sucks guys :(((( I hate the Staples in my town but not for the same reasons, at mine as soon as you are 10 feet in the door, the staff start to hover like your the last zebra in the jungle and then they pounce, hounding you, asking if you want help? if you are looking for anything in particular?
they try to sell something you don't want or need or if you do want something they try to up their sales and try to convince you to buy some expensive crap
If i want help I'll go look for someone, leave me alone, I'm not going to steal anything

Being a guy myself, I've always wondered what ladies feel when they're talking with man and they see his eyes going down... That's why I don't do it!

Seriously, while breasts might be "attractive", I really don't think about this when I talk with a lady. Those men are a shame upon us all.

I've always had great customer service at the FutureShop in my area and I don't shop at the Staples really often (it's "Bureau en Gros here" ).

i have had the same problems with stamples i bought a computer wich only lasted a year before the hard drive crashed when the guy at another computer shoped opened it up the serial #'s on the hard drive did not match they sold me a refurbished drive and selling it as brand new made me very angry :crying:

I like our staples, but we don't go often so maybe thats why but i bought a scientific calculator in november and it stoped working like 6 months later and we didn't have the reciet or anything but they just told us it was ok and they would take it back and we could get a new one

i hate staples they always mess everything up and it's just a retarded store

I'm glad I don't go to the stapels stores by yu guys. We have to drive 1.5 hurs to get to the nearest one. I bought a TV there last year and they are really nice here. so far so good. My sister just got a replacement computer since hers crashed and they were more that willing to replace it. Luck of the draw I guess that Moncton got all good staff

I actually bought a car without test driving it from one saleperson because they spoke to ME and not hubby about MY TRUCK!

I wanted to trade it in and everyone would automaticly start talking to hubby. Its MY TRUCK!!

Well, I have since bought another vehicle from this sales person- I test drove this one and the only reason I didnt purchase the latest one from HER is because I moved 4000 kms away, altho I was tempted to fly there and drive the car back!!!

Maybe because she had boobs she didnt need to check mine out!!! lol!!!

Same thing with my Staples here. If there are any women working they are super helpful but the guys all ignore me and don't help me. I hate it.

I know! Staples is horrible. I went over to the one in my area in June to buy a brand new laptop...Cash in hand. You would think they would give customer service good but noooo. There were about 8 employees in the store standing around doing absolutely nothing and the one guy that finally came over after 20 minutes.,,...the first question I asked him he was about to answer and the phone on his hip rang so he answered and walked away! I was totally disgusted and went to walk out the door and the manager came over and asked me what was wrong...when I told her she was so embarrassed that one of her staff had done this. She helped me get my laptop that I wanted and apoolagized about 20 times for the employee. On my way out the door I seen her in the corner giving the guy hell!Good thing too cause he deserved it!!! I hope you can at least get an apology...I mean.. when customer service is their job...we pay their salary!
